The Perfectionism and Psychopathology Lab occasionally seeks research participants from the general public for specific research projects. All research has been vetted through an ethics approval process and all participants are guaranteed confidentiality. Your name or any other identifying information will never be published or made otherwise available.

Separation and Job Loss (Data Collection Completed)
We are currently seeking men and women of all age ranges who have either separated from their spouse or who have lost their job within the last four months. If you have separated and then subsequently divorced, we are looking for people who have separated four months ago or less, even if the divorce is more recent. Personality and Personal Distress Across the Adult Age Span (Data Collection Completed)
We are currently recruiting men aged 35 or older (including those over age 65) and women aged 65 or older. The study is directed at understanding personality factors and how they are related to distress, including depression and thoughts of self harm. You do not need to be depressed or in personal distress to participate. Participants will receive a small honorarium upon completion of the study.
